Lab Tests
and Assessments (page in progress)
Patients and clients who have purchased a consultation with Dr
Vasquez are able to have lab tests performed, and these tests
can be ordered
here on-line
for convenience.
-
Schedule your consultation:
During your personal
consultation with Dr Vasquez, in addition to
obtaining your history, physical exam, diagnoses,
assessments and treatment plan, Dr Vasquez will discuss if
and which lab tests are necessary. These will be
selected for you based on your goals, your needs, and
standards of care followed by doctors across the country.
-
Sum all lab tests:
Determine the list and cost of tests by using the list of
lab tests available here and updated regularly. We
can perform essentially any test available by
LabCorp and the other
specialty labs that we use.
-
Pay for lab tests:
Patients can pay in the office with cash or check, or
payment can be made
here on-line
in $5 increments.
-
Receive requisition for lab tests
and go to the
LabCorp
location of your choice:
You will need to take photo identification; you will not pay
money at the lab office.
